| Film Review's Ultimate
DVD news.
Thanks to the wonderful chaps at Carlton we can expect a further array of wonderful TV classics to come our way on DVD over the next few months. The Champions, Department S, Jason King, Man in a Suitcase, The Persuaders!, Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) - the 1969 series - Danger Man, The Saint and Return of the Saint will all come with two hours of material per disc. In the case of Thunderbirds, the entire 32 episodes of which will appear on eight discs. To cap it all off, The Prisoner will also be appearing on no less than four discs with five episodes on the first one and four on the subsequent three. Keep em coming! dun dun-dun dun-dundundundun
Following in the tradition of his first release Saving Private Ryan, Jaws comes complete with a plethora of exciting extras to calm you down after the movies credits have rolled. The disc which is expected to wash up on Region 1 shores on July 11th and Region 2 on July 24th will be an anamorphic transfer replete with DD 5.1 soundtrack, and in the case of Region 1, will also be available as a DTS release as well.
